Discover our story, mission, and commitment to delivering world-class online sports betting and casino entertainment to Indonesian players since 2019.
nos138 is Indonesia's premier online sportsbook and casino platform, serving thousands of passionate bettors from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Medan, and beyond. Since our launch in 2019, we have grown to become one of the most trusted names in Indonesian online gambling, offering comprehensive sports betting markets, live dealer casino games, slot titles from world-class providers, and traditional Indonesian betting favourites including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting streams from licensed Southeast Asian arenas), and bandar bola (football bookmaking with Asian handicap specialization).
Our platform is built on three core pillars: trust, transparency, and technology. We hold an international gaming license and operate under strict regulatory oversight to ensure fair play, secure transactions, and responsible gaming practices. Every game on nos138 is powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) from industry-leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Our odds are competitive, our payouts are fast, and our customer support speaks your language — fluent Indonesian and English, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
nos138 is more than a betting site — we are a community of sports fans, casino enthusiasts, and strategic bettors who share a passion for the thrill of the game. Whether you are placing a mix parlay (accumulator bet) on five English Premier League matches, spinning the reels on a slot gacor (high-payout slot) from Pocket Games Soft, or watching a live Baccarat shoe dealt by a professional croupier in Evolution Gaming's Manila studio, nos138 delivers an experience that rivals the best international betting platforms — with the local touch Indonesian players expect.
Our mission is simple: to provide Indonesian bettors with a safe, secure, and entertaining online gambling platform that respects local culture, supports local payment methods, and delivers the highest standards of service and integrity. We recognize that Indonesian players face unique challenges in the online betting landscape — from payment friction to language barriers to concerns about platform reliability. nos138 was founded to solve these problems.
We support instant deposits and withdrawals via every major Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and every popular e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with zero currency conversion fees. Our customer support team is staffed by native Indonesian speakers who understand the nuances of local betting culture — from BRI Liga 1 club rivalries to the intricacies of Asian handicap betting to the timing of major Islamic holidays that affect player activity (Ramadan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha).
We are committed to responsible gaming. nos138 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction and provides comprehensive tools for self-regulation including deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality-check reminders. Our Responsible Gaming page offers detailed guidance and links to professional support organizations for players who feel their gambling may be becoming problematic. We believe entertainment should never come at the cost of financial or personal well-being.
The Indonesian online gambling market is crowded with platforms making big promises. What makes nos138 different? Four key differentiators define our competitive advantage and explain why players choose us over alternatives.
First, our payment infrastructure is truly local. Unlike international platforms that force you to use cryptocurrency wallets or third-party processors with poor exchange rates, nos138 integrates directly with Indonesian banking rails and e-wallet APIs. Your BCA deposit hits your account in seconds. Your BRI withdrawal processes in under an hour. Your OVO or DANA top-up requires zero additional apps or verification steps. We have spent years building relationships with Indonesian payment providers to deliver the seamless experience you deserve.
Second, our sports coverage is unmatched for Indonesian fans. Yes, we offer the global marquee leagues (English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, NBA, NFL) with deep betting markets and competitive odds. But we also cover BRI Liga 1 comprehensively — every match, every season, with specialized markets tailored to Indonesian football culture including voor bola (Asian handicap), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and live in-play betting with streaming for select fixtures. We cover Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda) in every AFF Championship, World Cup qualifier, and friendly. We cover badminton (All England, Indonesia Open, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup) because we know it is Indonesia's Olympic pride. We cover MotoGP with special attention to the Mandalika circuit. We understand what Indonesian bettors care about and we deliver markets for those events.
Third, our customer support is genuinely responsive. We do not hide behind chatbots or outsource support to overseas call centers staffed by agents reading scripts. Our live chat, WhatsApp, and email support channels are managed by Indonesian nationals who live in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung. They understand your frustration when a deposit is delayed during a bank holiday. They know why you are asking about Nyepi (Balinese Day of Silence) withdrawal processing. They can explain bonus wagering requirements in plain Indonesian or English without corporate jargon. Average response time on live chat is under 90 seconds. Average resolution time for payment issues is under 2 hours. These are not aspirational targets — these are our actual performance metrics.
Fourth, we are transparent about the legal grey area. nos138 does not pretend online gambling is fully legal in Indonesia — we know it is not. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and its applicability to offshore online platforms is legally ambiguous. We operate under an international license and we serve Indonesian players from servers located outside Indonesia. We are upfront about this on our Terms & Conditions page. We do not make false safety promises. We do not claim endorsement from Indonesian government bodies. We believe transparency and honesty build more trust than marketing spin. You deserve to know what you are signing up for, and we respect your intelligence enough to tell you the truth.
Integrity: We run a fair platform. Our games are certified by independent testing labs (eCOGRA, iTech Labs, GLI). Our odds are set by professional traders and reflect genuine probabilities, not house manipulation. Our RNG-based games are audited quarterly and their Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published transparently. When you win, you get paid — no excuses, no delays beyond standard KYC verification.
Security: We protect your data and your money with 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and strict Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols to prevent fraud and identity theft. Our servers are hosted in tier-3 data centers with 99.9% uptime SLAs. We never share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or regulation. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
Responsibility: We actively promote responsible gambling. Our platform includes built-in safeguards: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account dashboard. We train our support staff to recognize problem gambling warning signs and we provide referrals to professional counseling services when appropriate. We do not send aggressive promotional emails to users who have self-excluded or expressed gambling concerns. We believe a sustainable business is built on players who gamble recreationally and stay in control, not players who spiral into addiction.
Community: nos138 is part of the Indonesian betting community. We sponsor local esports tournaments (Mobile Legends MPL viewership parties, PUBG Mobile community events). We run seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural milestones (Independence Day bonuses, Ramadan cashback offers, Chinese New Year jackpot races). We listen to player feedback and we iterate based on what you tell us. Our product roadmap is shaped by Indonesian user requests, not generic international feature sets.

Return to Home View FAQ Read Terms & ConditionsAt nos138, we recognize that trust is earned through consistent action, not marketing promises. Every day, we work to prove we are worthy of your confidence. When you deposit Rp 100,000 via BCA at 3 AM, it credits instantly because we have invested in robust payment infrastructure. When you have a question about bonus wagering requirements at midnight, a real human answers your live chat within 90 seconds because we staff our support team around the clock. When you request a withdrawal on Friday afternoon, it processes by Saturday morning because we prioritize your liquidity over our operational convenience. These are the small details that separate a reliable platform from an opportunistic one.
We also recognize our responsibility to the broader Indonesian gambling community. Problem gambling is a serious issue and we take it seriously. Every nos138 account includes access to self-exclusion tools, deposit limit controls, and reality-check reminders. Our Responsible Gaming page provides detailed guidance on recognizing warning signs of gambling addiction and links to professional support organizations. We train our customer support staff to identify at-risk behavior patterns and we proactively reach out to players exhibiting those patterns to offer assistance. We do not want your money if it comes at the cost of your financial stability or mental health. A player who gambles recreationally for years is infinitely more valuable to us than a player who loses their rent money in a weekend and never returns.
Looking ahead, nos138 is committed to continuous improvement. We are expanding our sportsbook coverage to include more Indonesian regional leagues and niche sports popular in specific Indonesian communities. We are negotiating with additional game providers to bring exclusive slot titles and live casino tables to the Indonesian market. We are upgrading our mobile experience with faster load times and smoother animations optimized for Indonesian 4G/5G networks. We are exploring new payment partnerships to support emerging e-wallets and bank digital services. And we are listening — to your feedback in support tickets, to your suggestions in player surveys, to your complaints in online forums. If there is a feature you want or a pain point you experience, tell us. We may not implement every request, but we read every message and we consider every idea seriously.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about nos138. Whether you are a long-time player or considering your first deposit, we appreciate your interest and we hope to earn your trust through reliable service, transparent operations, and genuine respect for the Indonesian betting community. If you have questions about our platform, our policies, or our commitment to responsible gaming, please do not hesitate to reach out via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We are here to help, and we are honored to serve you.
